practice schedule
now that my crazy forays into Acting Land are done, I've been sticking to the following weekly schedule:
Monday (2 hr Kallisti Practice) about to switch to Tues.
Tuesday (30 min improv, 15 min DVD)
Wednesday (30 min improv, 15 min DVD)
Thursday (45 min DVD- drills/combos)
Friday (off!)
Saturday OR Sunday (1 hr DVD- ATS new moves/drills, 30 min improv)
Special Emphasis:
chest drills/isolations
zills!
laybacks/turkish drops
berber walk
It's high goals and I know I'll be bad sometimes *naughty!*, but I like to set my sights high.
